It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas here at Grosvenor House!
Our home has been completely transformed into a winter wonderland with a different theme in each room!
Our lounges are bursting with decorations from Christmas trees, to lights to real fresh holly in our coffee hub! The corridors have the spirit of Christmas running through them and after a difficult year we are so excited to celebrate!
The festive magic is starting now as we begin to prepare for our celebrations. At Grosvenor House we love to recreate individual traditions and memories as well as create our own with our family and friends of Grosvenor. This may be something as simple as hanging the baubles on our tree or having our favourite Christmas tipple!
Our December activity calendar is bursting at the seams and includes creating our own choir for a special performance for our families, Elf Day, watching our festive favourites with all the Christmas treats of course and many many more.
Wednesday 23rd December we have a very special live-streamed performance all the way from The West Ends Old Nic Theatre. The show this year is A Christmas Carol and it begins at 1pm. If we cannot go to a pantomime, we will bring the pantomime to us!
We understand that Christmas can sometimes have a twinge of sadness as we miss and remember those that we have lost. Which is why we will be holding our very own service to light a candle to remember our loved ones who are sadly not with us.
It looks like December is definitely going to be an extremely busy month
