Easter Activities at Grosvenor House Care Home

Here at Grosvenor House Care Home we pride ourselves not only on delivering gold standard care but also on the golden moments we share! We have all had a brilliant Easter weekend which was full of laughter, activities and most importantly, Easter Eggs which were kindly gifted to us by Tesco Gainsborough.

The perfect weather was the icing on the chocolate egg as we was able to get outside and enjoy the sunshine and a tipple (or two) with a BBQ! The fun didn’t stop there though, as we continued the Easter celebrations right through until Monday with an afternoon tea served by our very own Easter bunny.

The garden was filled with sounds of laughter as we joined in with some parachute activities as a team. Using a parachute not only promotes socialisation but also gets the mind and the body working as we follow directions together to achieve the goals. The goal we set for this game was to create as much mess as possible as we launched 100’s of balls into the air!
