Celebrating Success at the Lincolnshire Care Awards 2025

Lincolnshire Care Awards | Grosvenor House Care Home

Lincolnshire Care Association’s Lincolnshire Care Awards continue to celebrate the dedication, compassion and commitment shown by care professionals across the county. Established in 2016, the awards celebrate the workers and teams who go above and beyond to deliver outstanding care and support to their local communities.

The 2025 awards, held in March, brought together care providers, colleagues and community members to recognise the efforts made by these people across 13 categories, highlighting the important role social care plays in people’s lives.

Award Win for Grosvenor House Care Home

Grosvenor House Care Home was proud to be named the winner of the Co-producing Together Award at the 2025 Lincolnshire Care Awards.

This achievement highlights our commitment to working closely with our residents, their families, and our staff to tailor services that truly reflect the needs, preferences and voices of those we support.

A Message from Grosvenor House Care Home

We are absolutely thrilled to have won the Co-producing Together Award at the Lincolnshire Care Awards 2025.

This achievement means so much to us and reflects the values we hold at the heart of everything we do: working together to create the best possible care environment.

We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported us, contributed their ideas and trusted us to be a part of their journey. This award belongs to all of you.

We are incredibly proud of our team and remain committed to continuing this collaborative approach to care in the future.

What is the Co-Producing Together Award?

One of the categories celebrated in the awards is the Co-producing Together Award, which recognises teams and services that prioritise working in partnership with the people they support.

Co-production means bringing together care professionals and those who use their services to design, shape and improve care collaboratively, ensuring better outcomes for everyone.

Judges look for organisations that:

  • Involve people from the very beginning
  • Value lived experience and input
  • Demonstrate genuine partnership, not just consultation
  • Deliver real, positive change as a result

This award reflects a growing focus across the care industry on shared decision making and care that puts people first.
