April 2020 Newsletter

Welcome to your April 2020 newsletter from Grosvenor House Care Home.

We have been gathering information from this past month to reflect on the feedback we have received and to capture what we have been doing. This month we have;

• Logged 403 activity care notes.
• Logged 51 1:1 activity care notes
• Began Redcrier Training Programme. All staff are completing this training which includes, COVID-19, Health & Safety, Infection Control, Mental Capacity Act.
